![]() ![]() The Looping app will handle line items and will work with the advanced approach of using the Airtable API to retrieve multiple records.Īpp APIs can be used with the Webhooks app as an action step in Zaps. There are 2 similar, but different concepts of “ loops”. I’m not even sure if what I want it to do is possible since it seems like most examples people use looping for is to create new records and I just want to update mine with the invoices attached from google you still need help after reviewing the below, then consider hiring a Zapier Expert: I’ve tried adding the looping feature at various points in this zap and no matter where I put it it does not find and update more than one record. I’m not sure I am understanding how this works and there is little information online on how to use this feature. So what I’m trying to accomplish is if I have one invoice pdf in google sheets named 222.pdf I want it to update multiple records with the matching field name 222.pdf. Update record in Airtable- that invoice pdf links to the Invoice field 222.pdfįind record in Airtable- It searches for a field value matching the title of the pdf. New pdf file in folder in google drive- ex. It still is only attaching an invoice with the first record it finds with the matching pdf name. Sorry to not have a more automated solution to suggest for that.I have attempted to mess around with the looping zap and cannot find a way to find all those with the same invoice name to attach the same invoice pdf to all of them. If not, is it more that you’re looking to copy columns/rows within Zapier itself? I remember you asked another question recently and I suggested using a lookup table for that, so just wondering if you’re wanting to find a way to fill out the lookup table automatically? It’s not possible for the lookup table to be able to be filled out automatically, you’d need to add each item into the lookup table manually. In the Edit Template section of this step, choose a Title for your digest that’s under 32 characters (the max that Zapier will accept). For the action, choose Append Entry and Schedule Digest. To make that happen, add a new action step and choose Digest. There’s a number of other triggers available for the Pipedrive app so you could create similar Zaps but use a different Pipedrive trigger as needed. To complete this zap, we need to add this record to a digest. Whenever there are new records in Airtable, Make will automatically retrieve the records and send Slack and email notifications to the specified recipients. You may also want to add in a Filter by Zapier action to only allow the Zap to update the record if an existing record was found by the Find Record search action. Action: Update Record (Airtable) updates the person using the information supplied by the Pipedrive trigger. It also has the ability to create a new record in Airtable if one isn’t found. Action: Find Record (Airtable) looks for that person’s record in Airtable.Trigger: Updated Person (Pipedrive) runs when a person is updated. ![]() ![]() For example if you wanted to run a Zap whenever a person’s details is updated in Pipedrive you could sett up a Zap with the following triggers and actions: If so, I’d have thought it would be possible it just depends on what changes you’re looking to update. If yes, is it that you’re looking for a way for any changes in Pipedrive to be automatically updated in Airtable? When you say you transferred the data from Pipedrive to Airtable was that using our Transfer feature to do a bulk import?
